More snow in Tahoe!
It has been raining and snowing for 2 weeks now. Tahoe got another 6+ feet this weekend and it is the most snow the Sierras have gotten since 1916!Meredith went up early on Thurs but by Thursday afternoon we knew we wouldn't be making it up. That's OK though because we got freshies the weekend before.
Sugarbowl stats as of 1/10/05:
Elevation 24 Hour Snow Storm Total Base Depth
6,883' 6 inches 54 inches 10 feet
8,383' 8 inches 71 inches 13 feet
P.S.
Kirkwood is reporting an 18 foot base!
